Company Information
Company Information lets you enter your company name, address, phone, and logo on PDF headers. It also allows for uploading any contracts as a PDF file to include when sending proposals.
Your company information must be set before creating a proposal, work order, or invoice PDF.
To set your company information click on your user name in the top right of the screen. Then select Settings.
Next click on the Company Information tab.
From this screen, you will be able to set your company name, address, email, phone and logo. This information will be used in the header of proposals, work orders and invoices.
The email address you enter will be set as the From and Reply To email address when sending emails using Trade Service Pro.
Your company information populates the page header when creating a proposal, work order, or invoice.
You can upload a PDF contract from this screen that will be appended to proposals. After a contract is uploaded, you can set the System Setting for Proposal to include Contract. Doing so will automatically include the Contract on all proposals. This setting can be changed when creating a proposal.
