Email/SMTP Server
Trade Service Pro uses an email relay service to send emails. You can override that email server and specify the email server of your choice.
If you specify your company's email server, you assume all responsibility and risk. When users opt to use their company's email server rather than using the (default) Trade Service Pro relay server, Trade Service Pro is unable to provide technical support for any email-related issues.
To configure an Email/SMTP Server click on your user name in the top right of the screen. Then select Settings.
Note that when configuring an Email/SMTP server, most email services do not allow you to use the credentials (username and password) typically used to access email. You would need to create what is referred to as an App Password to use for this purpose. This page includes instructions on creating an app password for Gmail and Outlook.
