Logging In
When you sign up for Trade Service Pro, you will receive an email link to login to a Trade Service Pro. The link will be a custom web address for your business. For example, the web address for a company named Bob's Plumbing would be bobsplumbing.tradeservicepro.com.
When you first login you will be required to change your password.
Once you've successfully logged in, you won't have to log in again unless:
- Your user account is used to sign into TSP from a different device or web browser
- An update has been applied to the application
- You have not used the application for an extended period of time
Entering in the wrong password too many times will lock your account. You can unlock your account by clicking the Forgot Password link on the logon page.
While you can share the same login with other individuals, only one user can use those account credentials at any given time. To create additional logins see Personnel/Users.
Trade Service Pro subscriptions each come with a limit on the number of user accounts you can create. If you need to purchase more user accounts please contact us.
