Email History
Email history displays a history of emails that have been sent for proposals and invoices.
While Trade Service Pro does support Email Templates and sends emails for Proposals, Proposal eSign, Invoices and Invoice ePay, it does not offer the full functionalities of an email client.
From the Email History screen you can view the overall details of the emails that have been sent by Trade Service Pro, view the full email (by clicking on the blue subject text) or view the attachment that was sent with the email.
You can resend emails that Trade Service Pro has previously sent. This can be useful as a reminder to a customer, or if the customer reports that they have not received the email.
To resend one or more emails, click the checkboxes associated with the emails you would like to resend and then click on the Resend button in the bottom right of the screen.
This will resend the email and attachments that were originally sent. If you have made any adjustments to the original proposal or invoice they will not be updated when resending an email.
Please note that you can select up to 25 emails at a time for resending.
If an email has been resent icons will be displayed to indicate the email history record that has been resent, and the email history record that is the resend.
The arrow pointing left icon indicates that is the original email that has been resent.
The stacked paper icon indicates that is the email that has been resent.
