Custom forms can be filled out and attached to customers, jobs and resources.
To learn about creating forms, see Form Templates.
To manage custom forms, click the Forms tab when editing a customer, job or resource.
Click the Add Form button and select the form you wish to fill out.
Answer all the required questions and when you've finished, click Save.
The form will then appear on the Forms tab and can its contents can be viewed by clicking on its name.
