When you first start using Trade Service Pro there are a few things you should do first, and a few key concepts you should be familiar with.

App Installation

The first thing you want to do when you start using Trade Service Pro is to install the application on your device(s). Refer to the links below for installing the Trade Service Pro app on your device.

Login

After you've installed the Trade Service Pro app you'll want to login and change your password. Refer to Logging In.

Company Information

Once you've successfully changed your password and logged in you will want to enter your company information. Refer to the Company Information section for more information.

Setup Personnel/Users

If you have more than one person that will be using Trade Service Pro you will want to setup accounts for them to login with. Refer to the Personnel / Users and Roles sections for more information.

Starting Proposal/Invoice Numbers

By default Trade Service Pro starts numbering proposals and invoices at 1000. If you've been using either a paper system for proposals and invoices, or another software system and want to set sequential proposal or invoice numbers refer to the System Settings for how to set the Next proposal Id and Next invoice Id.

Customize the Dashboard

The dashboard can be configured to support the way your company does business. Refer to the Dashboard section for more information.

Workflow

Refer to the Workflow section for more information on the overall workflow of Trade Service Pro.

Tax Computations

To understand how Trade Service Pro computes tax and how to turn tax computations on/off refer to the Tax Computation section for more information.

Importing Customers

If your company has an existing list of customers in digital form (either a custom spreadsheet you manage or an export of customers from other software), refer to the Importing Customers section for more information on importing existing customer data into Trade Service Pro.
