Scheduling Jobs
You can add a Job to the calendar directly from the Schedule feature in Trade Service Pro.
To schedule a job, choose a date from the calendar and click +Schedule then choose Job.
A list of jobs will be displayed. You can search for the job you're looking for, then click the row. The selected job will have a blue highlight on the left. When you've selected the job, click Next.
The appointment editor will then be displayed with details pre-populated from the selected job. You can change the appointment title, verify that the start and end times are correct, and determine if you'd like to assign any personnel to the appointment.
You can choose to attach work orders from the selected job to the appointment to indicate exactly what work needs to be accomplished during the appointment.
When you're happy with the appointment, click Save.
