Scheduling From Intake
You can add appointments to the calendar by searching Intake records directly from the Schedule feature in Trade Service Pro. This can be used to quickly schedule estimates or other home visits the customer may require. Creating an appointment for an Intake record will automatically update it's status to "Scheduled".
To schedule an Intake record, choose a date from the calendar and click +Schedule then choose From Intake.
A list of pending Intake records will be displayed. You can search for the customer request you're looking for, then click the row. The selected Intake record will have a blue highlight on the left. When you've selected the Intake record, click Next.
The appointment editor will then be displayed with details pre-populated from the selected Intake record. You can change the appointment title, verify that the start and end times are correct, and determine if you'd like to assign any personnel to the appointment. When you're happy with the appointment, click Save.
