Scheduling Appointments

with the schedule feature of trade service pro you can add appointments to a shared calendar it could be an appointment for a customer to follow up on a job, or a personal appointment to show that you'll be at the dentist that afternoon to schedule an appointment, choose a date from the calendar and click +schedule then choose appointment the appointment editor will then be displayed in a popup window you can change the appointment title, verify that the start and end times are correct, and determine if you'd like to assign any personnel to the appointment if the appointment is in regards to a customer, you can search from them from the appointment editor you can even create a new customer record right from this screen as well when you're happy with the appointment, click save
