Timesheet Report
The Timesheet report can be used to view timesheet entries from your personnel on a weekly or monthly basis. This report can be used to track hours worked in total, or broken out by categories such as jobs, breaks, or time spent driving.
To access the Timesheet report click on Reports, and then Timesheet.
The report has two tabs, one for a Weekly report, the other by Month. The Weekly Summary shows the total hours per personnel for the week. Below the summary the weekly entries are broken out for each personnel so you can see drill down to get all the details.
The Monthly Summary shows the total hours per personnel for the selected month. You can change the date range of the report by click on the left or right arrow buttons. Each report can also be exported to Excel by clicking the Export to Excel button.
